We can help you get a rental vehicle and get your car repaired by the body shop of your choice by the responsible insurance company as soon as possible. If your car is total loss because it is not physically repairable or if it is a technical total loss, in that the cost of repairs may exceed the value of your car, we will get the responsible insurance company to pay you the actual cash value of your vehicle prior to the accident as soon as possible. We do not charge a legal fee to help you handle your car damage claim. We only charge a 25% fee of any money we get for you for your injury claim. Before we even attempt to settle your injury claim, we will make sure that you get the proper medical care that you need without you having to pay any money up front out of your pocket because we will get the responsible insurance company to pay your medical bills, be it medical doctors, chiropractors, x-rays, physical therapy, prescriptions, etc…
Medical Care
We will make sure you get the complete medical care you need because we will not even begin settlement negotiations with the responsible insurance company until you have fully recovered from any injuries that you may have suffered in this accident. We will not allow you to sign a settlement release until we have a final diagnosis and prognosis from your treating doctor. You need to understand that the settlement value of your case depends on the extent and nature of your medical treatment which is needed to document your pain and suffering. You are entitled to compensation with a monetary settlement for pain and suffering, aggravation and stress that this accident caused you.
Passenger Protection
As a passenger in a car accident, we will make sure that all responsible insurance companies are held responsible for your injury claim. Our expertise in understanding insurance policies enables us to know that passengers often have more rights and or causes of action/claims than drivers so we will make sure that you receive all the financial benefits that you are entitled to. We never ask you for any money as we only get paid when we get you money. If we are unable to get you any money our services are free and you owe us nothing. We cannot start the process of attempting to settle your case until your doctor releases you from his care and all medical providers have finished treating you. Once all the medical providers have released you from their care, it normally takes us between 30 to 45 days to get the best settlement offer possible. We make sure all responsible insurance companies pay you what you are entitled to. For example, if you have full coverage on your vehicle, that should include what's called personal injury protection (pip) coverage which will pay you a minimum of $2,500.00 for any medical expenses you have incurred. The money we will get for your pain and suffering will come from the liability insurance of the person that caused the accident.
